Negative Space Bicycles

 

Students did a lesson on negative space using a bicycle as the subject.  Each student chose a portion of the bicycle and drew the "air" inside of all the parts and around the edges.  Here are the delightful results:

Art Show at Poulsbo Athletic Club

 

For the past month my students have had their artwork on display at Poulsbo Athletic Club in Poulsbo, Washington.  The stairway in the main part of the facility shows their fantastic work for all to see.  Boy, am I proud of them!
